Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu
On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from our office will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. You’ll have rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Guided Sightseeing to Swoyambhu, Bhaktapur and Sunset View from Nagarkot
Swoyambhunath Temple: This Buddhist Stupa, said to be 2000 years old is a perfect architecture of gilded spire and white washed dome located under thousands of fluttering prayer flags.
Bhaktapur City: As that of Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square, this is the third medieval city-states in Kathmandu Valley which is home of medieval art and architecture. Located 14 kms east of Kathmandu City, this place was founded in the 9th Century. Bhaktapur has three major squares full of towering array of temples overlooked by the Palace of 55 windows built by King Bupatindra Malla. The Nyatapola Temple, also built by King Bhupatindra Malla, is the best example of Pagoda style and stands on five terraces on each of which stands a pair of figures - two famous strong men, two elephants, two lions, two griffins and two goddesses.
Then we drive to Nagarkot, a hilltop village known for its sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas.

Day 3: Sunrise View and Leisure day in Nagarkot
Early in the morning watch the sun as it rises from the mighty Himalayas. After breakfast you have the day to have your private time in a beautiful surrounding.

Day 4: Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast drive to Pokhara that takes almost 7 hours passing along Trishuli River with the views of scenic villages, rural life, terraced farmlands and amazing landscape of Nepal.

Day 5: Sunrise from Sarangkot and Pokhara Sightseeing
Just at a distance of 20 minute drive, Sarangkot is a beautiful village best known for its sunrise, where on a clear day you can see an unobstructed view of the Himalayan mountains of Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri range and Fishtail. After viewing the ethereal lightshow in the mountains, we will visit Bindhyabasini Temple on the way back. Then drive back to hotel, have breakfast and go to International Museum, Davis Fall, Gupteswor Cave and Phewa Lake. You can go for a romatic private boat ride in the Phewa Lake.

We spend our last evening in Kathmandu in a farewell dinner together sharing photos recalling the excitements of trip and exchanging emails in one of the traditional Nepalese restaurant.

Day 8: Airport Transfer
Today after breakfast you are in leisure on your own. You will be escorted to airport for your flight home at your flight time.

Best Season
Autumn (Sept. to Dec.) and spring (March to May) is the best season when the sub-tropical weather is at its best. But you can visit any time of the year except for the rainy months of June, July and August.

Your safety is our most important concern while traveling with Eve Holidays. Accommodation
We provide luxurious 4 star hotels are provided all through the tour. You can upgrade the accommodation to a five-star hotel for an additional charge.

All the restaurants that we dine at cater for Continental, Chinese, Mexican, American based cuisine with some local influences, always plenty to choose from.
Nepal Tourist Visa & Visa Fee
You can obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at International Airport in Kathmandu. Please bring 2 copies of passport size photos with accurate USD for visa fee.
Weather
Weather depends on the season you are travelling. During the winter months of December, January and February it is cold at night and relatively warm during the daytime, with the temperature ranging from 4°C at night to 22°C. During the summer months of March, April and May, the weather stays prefect as the temperature averages 27°C during the day. From September to December, following the monsoon, the temperature gets cooler and allows for a great time to travel. The average temperature during this season is 20°C.

Means of Transportation
We use private tourist vehicles for sightseeing in Kathmandu and all land transportation. Depending on the group size we use cars, minibus, vans or alternatively 4WD SUVs. For Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight we use domestic airlines.
Vaccination
No vaccinations are compulsory in Nepal, but we do recommend you are covered for Diphtheria, TB, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Typhoid, Polio and Tetanus. We also do recommend for a dental check-up prior to travelling and you should know your blood group in case of emergency in your travel.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which might affect you on your tour, you need to inform us.
Insurance Coverage
One MUST have travel insurance policy to join any of Eve Holidays trips. You must be insured for comprehensive expenses that might incur due to medical issues or accidents (this includes air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and treatment costs and theft and loss). We don't arrange or sell insurance.
